Puppy Deposit Reservation
Non-refundable Fees: The $100 waitlist fee (pre-delivery) and $500 deposit (post-delivery) are non-refundable but apply to the puppy’s purchase price.
Deposit Refunds: Deposits are ONLY refundable if pregnancy is NOT confirmed or if no puppies are available due to delivery complications.
Puppy Evaluations: The breeder will provide insights into your puppy’s temperament, but keep in mind these evaluations are subjective and based on behavior observed while under the breeder’s care. Traits may change as your puppy grows, especially with training and environment.
Health Responsibilities: While CocoLove Doodles ensures puppies are dewormed and monitored for common issues (UTIs, ear infections, etc.), you’re responsible for your puppy’s care once it leaves the breeder’s home. This includes treating any conditions that may arise, at your own cost.
Insurance Requirement: You MUST secure insurance for the first 30 days post-pickup to maintain the health guarantee. We offer Trupanion insurance at no cost during this period—activation is required to pick up your puppy.
Late Pick-Up: Puppy pick up is scheduled at 9 weeks. After 9 weeks there will be a $25/day boarding fee.
We understand that travel and vacations come up! If your puppy needs to stay with us past 9 weeks, we’re happy to continue their care. Families are simply responsible for the cost of food and any vaccinations that come due before pick-up.
Pickup Responsibility: CocoLove Doodles does not ship puppies. You must pick up your puppy or arrange for its pickup at your expense.
Puppy Information: Your puppy is a Golden Doodle (a Poodle and Golden Retriever mix) and may have light shedding.
Agreement Acknowledgment: By proceeding with your application and deposit, you agree to the terms outlined in the Puppy Purchase Agreement.
Puppy Selection Process: After your application and $500 deposit, you’ll be added to our Master List. If you already know which puppy you’d like, you may reserve right away. For families who are undecided, formal puppy selection begins at 4–5 weeks and will follow the order deposits were received.

Zelle (6.3 % sales tax)
Apple Cash
Venmo (1.9% + .10 fee)
Square Payment (6.3% sales tax)

The remaining balance can be paid in Cash or Zelle. For Zelle payments, if your transfer limit is less than the amount owed, you will be asked to send half at 7 weeks and the balance at pickup. Sales tax of 6.3% will also be added to each Zelle transfer. No sales tax on the deposit unless using the below Square payment option.
