To begin the process, you’ll complete our puppy application. Once approved, you can join our master reservation list with a deposit. Puppies are matched based on compatibility, not just order.
How much are your puppies?
Our puppies are priced based on the level of care, early training, and intentional development they receive. Our puppies are $2800 - $3000, depending on the litter, pairing, and individual puppy.
Bringing Home Two Puppies
Families interested in welcoming two CocoLove puppies are encouraged to discuss their goals with us. When thoughtfully matched, sibling pairs can thrive with committed families who understand the importance of raising each puppy as an individual.
To support a successful transition, we provide guidance on individual bonding, separate training sessions, crate routines, and confidence building to help each puppy develop independently.

What makes CocoLove Doodles different?

Do your puppies come trained?
Our puppies go home with a strong foundation—not a finished education. Before going home, they are introduced to a structured daily routine, crate exposure, early potty-training concepts, basic manners, grooming and handling exercises, and confidence-building experiences.
Because young puppies are still developing bladder control, no responsible breeder can guarantee that an 8–10-week-old puppy will be completely house-trained. Our goal is to establish positive habits and give families a strong starting point that makes the transition home easier.
Do you offer additional puppy training before pickup?
Yes. Our optional CocoLove Puppy Foundation Program may be added before pickup when availability allows. This program gives families the option to have their puppy remain in our care longer for additional structure, repetition, and individualized training.
Training may include:
- Potty-training routines and age-appropriate bladder habits
- Crate training for the puppy’s developmental stage
- Leash walking without bucking, freezing, or resisting
- Name recognition and basic cues such as sit and come
- Doorway manners and early impulse control
- Handling, grooming, and confidence-building exercises
- A personalized transition plan for continuing training at home
Pricing: $150 per week, per puppy
Minimum enrollment: 3 weeks
The three-week minimum allows enough time for meaningful repetition and progress. Shorter stays do not provide enough time to establish reliable habits, and we do not promise specific training outcomes after only one or two weeks.

Puppies typically go home around 8–9 weeks of age. This allows time for early development, socialization, and foundational training before transitioning into their new homes.
How does the selection process work?
We guide the selection process based on each family’s lifestyle, preferences, and the puppy’s temperament. Our goal is to create the best long-term match for both the puppy and the family.
Where are you located?
We are located in Glendale, Arizona, and serve families both locally and out of state.
Will the puppies receive vaccinations?
Yes. All puppies receive age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and a health check prior to going home. They are raised with careful attention to health, development, and early care to support a strong start.
Do you offer a health guarantee?
Yes. We provide a health guarantee for our puppies, reflecting our commitment to responsible breeding and the long-term well-being of each dog. Full details are outlined in our puppy contract, which families review prior to placing a deposit.

Yes — bringing home a thoughtfully raised, well-prepared puppy is an investment, and we want to make it as accessible as possible for the right families. Payment plans are available through Good Dog financing powered by Klarna for qualifying families. Once you've been matched with your puppy we'll guide you through the financing option and next steps. Payment plans can be applied toward your deposit or final balance, allowing you to move forward with confidence. All payment plan approvals, terms, and schedules are managed directly through Klarna via Good Dog. CocoLove Doodles does not hold or manage payment plans internally.
Guardian Program
Our Guardian Program is an opportunity to raise one of our breeding dogs as a beloved family member while supporting our breeding program. Here's what you need to know.
What is a Guardian Home?
A guardian home is a family who agrees to raise one of our breeding dogs as a full family member in exchange for either a reduced or waived puppy fee. The dog remains our breeding property during the contract period, but receives the love, care, and attention of a real home — not a kennel. When the breeding contract ends, the dog becomes yours forever at no additional cost.
What are the Guardian Home requirements?
Guardian families must: live within 1 hour of Glendale, AZ; have a securely fenced yard; commit to positive reinforcement training only; maintain the dog in good health and grooming; transport the dog to us for breeding visits and whelping; and stay in regular communication with us. This is a serious, long-term commitment — not just a way to get a discounted puppy.
How long is the dog with you before breeding starts?
Typically, our guardian dogs live with their families from 8-12 weeks of age until they're ready for their first breeding cycle (usually around 18 months or later, depending on health clearances and maturity). They'll spend their puppyhood and young adulthood in your home, growing up as part of your family.
What happens during heat cycles and breeding?
When your guardian dog comes into heat, we'll coordinate flexible arrangements that work for everyone's schedule. You can either bring the dog to us for the duration of the heat cycle, or arrange every-other-day breeding visits. All breeding logistics are covered by us — you just need to provide transportation and keep us informed.
What happens when the dog is pregnant and whelping?
During the 1.5 weeks before the due date through 6.5 weeks postpartum, your guardian dog will stay with us so we can manage the pregnancy, birth, and early puppy care. You're welcome to visit anytime. After puppies are weaned, your dog returns home to continue her life as your family member.
How many litters will my guardian dog have?
Most guardian contracts involve 3-4 litters over the course of the breeding period. The exact number depends on the dog's health and maturity. We prioritize the health and wellbeing of our girls — if a dog needs to retire early, we'll discuss that with you and transfer full ownership at no cost.
What's the compensation structure?
Guardian fees vary, but typically your initial fee is credited toward your first litter. Subsequent litters earn compensation (usually $500 per confirmed litter). When your dog retires, she becomes fully yours, and we cover the retirement spay at no cost to you.
Will I get to keep puppies from my guardian dog?
Our guardian program is specifically structured so families can have their dog raised in a home environment. Puppy ownership is separate from guardian status — that's negotiated as part of your individual agreement, but it's not a guarantee of the program itself.
What if I need to move or can't continue?
You must stay within 1 hour of Glendale, AZ. If circumstances force a move beyond that boundary, we'll discuss options — which may include placing the dog in a new guardian home or you taking early full ownership. Life happens, and we work with families to find solutions that protect the dog.
Is this really a good fit for my family?
Guardian homes are for families who genuinely love dogs, want a long-term commitment, and understand that their dog will be part of our breeding program. If you're looking for a quick discount on a puppy without real responsibility, this isn't for you.
