Are you applying for an available puppy or future puppy?
Does anyone in your home have allergies to dogs?
Your knowledge of the breed?
Do you currently have pets?
Will this be your first puppy?
If you work away from home, are you able to check on the puppy, have someone check, or find daycare for the puppy if gone longer than 4 hours?
Do you have a child/children?
Will your child/children be accepting of the new puppy?
We start basic training at 5 weeks, how do you plan to continue training?
Are you aware of grooming requirements?
Our puppies typically start at $2500. Does this fit your budget?
How are you picking up your puppy?

Pay Using Square

To send the $200 waitlist fee, $500 puppy deposit, & final payment. You may pay with:

      • In Person Cash
      • Zelle
      • Apple Cash
      • Venmo
      • Square Payment
      • PayPal for FINAL payments only. Invoice will be provided via email.

The remaining balance to be paid in Cash. For Zelle payments, if your transfer limit is less than the amount owed, you will be asked to send half at 7 weeks and the balance at pickup. Sales tax of 6.3% will be added to each Zelle transfer and Apple Cash payments. No sales tax on the deposit unless using the below Square payment option. 

Please note: Sales tax plus processing fee will be added to Venmo, Square, and PayPal.
